| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How can I cancel my order after it is Processed or Shipped.
Please be careful to look over and double check all order information
before submitting. If there is an item in your stash that you do not
want, be sure to change the quantity number to "0" or tick the box
in the "Remove" column on the left hand side of the thumbnail and
then be sure to hit the UPDATE button to delete the item from your
stash. IF YOU DO NOT UPDATE YOUR STASH, THAT ITEM WILL BE
ORDERED.
If you need to cancel your order (or a specific item within your
order) after hitting the SUBMIT button, please email us and inform
us as soon as possible. We will try our best to stop your order from
being shipped but cannot guarantee the cancellation at any time. Because
your order is usually shipped within 24 hours (often sooner), you
must inform us as soon as possible.
If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package
or return it through our carrier service WITHOUT OPENING IT. When
we receive the UNOPENED order, we will credit your account minus shipping
and mail you a receipt. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. |

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. |
