| How can I return my order for a refund? |

If you would like to return your order for any reason, email us and we will provide a send to address along with an RMA #. Any items sent back for return must be in the same condition you received it. We will provide a refund, store credit or an exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days after purchase. If we sent you the wrong item or a defective item, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping. |
| How do you ship your packages? |

We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail. All packages have a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Transit time is 3-5 days after shipping date.
We ship international packages through the United States Postal Service via First Class International Mail. Transit time is 1-3 weeks from shipping date.

| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| When will my order ship? |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
