What forms of payment does Ten Bills accept?
Ten Bills accepts payments through all major credit cards.

How do you ship your packages?
We ship all domestic packages through United States Postal Service via Priority
Mail. All packages have a tracking number and delivery confirmation
We ship international packages through United States Postal Service as well. Orders under 4 lbs will be shipped either Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail. Orders over 4 lbs will be shipped via Global Express Mail.
What are your shipping rates?
All shipping charges are calculated through USPS according to weight
and location.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
We have a processing time of approximately 24 hours. After we have
shipped your order, it will take 2-3 days. All packages are shipped
from Bloomfield, NJ 07003.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now ship internationally.
How can I return my order for a refund?
If you would like to return your order for any reason, email us
and we will provide a send to address along with an RMA #. Any items
sent back for return must be in the same condition you received
it. We will provide a refund, store credit or an exchange. All returns
must be made within 30 days after purchase. If we sent you the wrong
item or a defective item, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping.
How can I cancel my order
Please be careful to look over and double check all order information before submitting. If there is an item in your stash that you do not want, be sure to
change the quantity number to "0" or tick the box in the "Remove" column on the left hand side of the thumbnail and then be sure to hit the UPDATE button to
delete the item from your stash. IF YOU DO NOT UPDATE YOUR STASH, THAT ITEM WILL BE ORDERED.
If you need to cancel your order (or a specific item within your order) after hitting the SUBMIT button, please email us and inform us as soon as possible.
We will try our best to stop your order from being shipped but cannot guarantee the cancellation at any time. Because your order is usually shipped within 24 hours
(often sooner), you must inform us as soon as possible.
If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package or return it through our carrier service WITHOUT OPENING IT. When we receive the UNOPENED
order, we will credit your account minus shipping and mail you a receipt.
What are your shirts printed on?
Our shirts are printed on a variety of brands depending on availability
or color. The specific brand can be found in the product description.

The design I wanted to buy is sold out. When will you reprint it again?
Ten Bills t-shirts are printed in limited runs and reprints run intermittently.
We have a schedule of new releases and will throw reprints randomly into
the bunch. Be sure to add your email address to our mailing list so you
know when new designs are released – that way you can cop ‘em
while they hot.
How can I design a t-shirt for Ten Bills?
Ten Bills works with a small group of artists to develop unique fresh
concepts. Most of our artists were found through friends and friends of
friends. Some have helped us out of a bind. And others, we had plans to
recruit since day one. We have a large database of artists that have offered
interest in working with us. Right now, we are not accepting new additions
but hopefully in the near future we will open the doors again. Please
add your email address to our mailing list and we will let you know when
that will be happening.
I have a design I want to submit. Can I show it to you and if
you like it you can print it?
Ten Bills is currently contracting our artists. We are not currently
accepting art submissions.
Do you sell your shirts wholesale?
No – right now, www.tenbills.com is the only place to buy Ten Bills
t-shirts. In the future we may or may not decide to distribute our t-shirts.
Add your email address to our mailing list and you will be the first to
know when we do or don’t.
Why was my credit card declined?
Your credit card may have been declined for several reasons. But, most
of the time it’s a minor error like mistyped address. Our system
checks your information with information on your bank’s system so
be sure to enter it correctly. The same goes for the expiration date.
And a pretty obvious one, make sure you entered the number correctly as
well. If all else fails, contact your bank. Feel free to contact us –
we will be more than happy to assist you.
