To celebrate the launch of Ten Bills, we chose “First Flight” to be the theme of our initial series. Each design is the artist’s own interpretation of this particular theme, which in turn symbolizes our stage as a fledgling design company. The artists were asked to communicate emotions of excitement along with the mystery and curiosity that comes along with entering previously unexplored territories.

Because this first series represents the First Flight of Ten Bills, each artist incorporated the subtle inclusion of ten birds into the designs. The First Flight theme and this recurring element unite the series so that all the designs are both visually and thematically harmonious.
